I am a Full Time real estate professional, 35 years sales and marketing experience, homebuilder and designer. Concentrating in Taos, New Mexico and Palm Springs, California.

I received my economics degree from the University of Oregon, class of ‘66. A former Supply Officer, Destroyer DD566, US Navy, 1969, I moved to Taos in 2000.

Most people spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – like cold-calling, door knocking, advertising and direct mail, etc.  I don’t do that.  I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction.
